This is driving me mad!!!
I am using Sonar Studio 7.
I keep changing the tempo to 110, and it goes for a while then reverts back to 120 at some point, I change that to 110, and it goes for a while then turns to 120.
 
How can I change the tempo for the entire song to 110 ONLY?
I tried starting over with a new file and it keeps doing this?!!
Pulling my hair out, help!

I guess you have copy pasted MIDI clips in the project ?? Each of them has a tempo definition in the beginning, so you need to change them all. You should find the final tempo before you start copy-pasting.

You can remove the unwanted tempo events also in the Event List (or Tempo view, if SS7 has it).

Regarding the Event List, you can disable different kinds of events by clicking their icon in the Event List View. Hiding Note and Controller events might help find embedded tempo changes so you can delete them.

The Tempo view is a great place to insert and edit tempo changes and, if you have it, it would be to your advantage to become more familiar with it.

I never did find out why that kept happening, but I found out how to correct it, if anyone else out there is having the same problem.
On a PC, hit ALT-9 that takes you into tempo view.
You will see a bump or change in the line where the tempo is changing.
Take your eraser tool and scrub over the bump to eliminate the tempo change.
