It's something to do with Quantum Physics.
 
Stuff changes from being unobserved to observed stuff when it's being looked at.
 
I figure that if I suck at stuff in front of people it's because they are not the right people to be looking at me and I tell them they should leave.
 
I'm now really good at everything all the time since I found that out.

That would make for one very interesting concert!  The band starts to play then suddenly they stop and the singer points to someone in the audience and says "Hey, you!  You're not the right person for us to be playing in front of, so beat it will ya?  Oh, and you four over there, same thing - and take the weird looking guy that keeps leering over your shoulders with you, he just creeps us out."
