Its not violent..  Latin derivative meaning, "great."  In the USA there might be a few bullets named with it, but there are plenty of companies and products using the name..   from chocolates, to wine, to research and engineering...

I thought about, "Limited."  Sonar X2 Limited as in, "Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited," but I thought, "limited," would confuse the non-USA customer base...   Magnum = Latin Derivative = Widely Understood.   

I admit, there are few caliber types of bullets using the name..  but not the worldwide understanding of the word, imho...
