Where do I have to click to open a synth in the console view? I don´t want to change everytime to the track view for that. There should be a button or switch as well ...

What do you mean by "open a synth?" Do you mean the window that allows you to change the synth's presets and parameters?

By Console View, do you mean the Multidock? You cannot open a soft synth's property window in Console View as such.
You can, however, drag the synth's property window into the Multidoc.

After some trying I´ve found the solution. It works only with a midi and an instrument track, not with a simple instrument track. Go to the in/out section of both tracks in the console view, click on the in-button of the instrument track or on the out-button of the midi track and the synth property window will open.

No, there's a way to do this on a simple instrument track ... I do it all the time.  In track view, in the track "header" area on the left is an icon ... something like a tiny keyboard depiction maybe.  I'm not at my DAW right now and since I do this without even thinking about it, I can't tell you exactly what looks like.  But try double clicking a few obvious things in the track header area and you'll find it in no time.

Yes, that is correct, but TBF does not want to switch to Track View in order to display his synth properties window, and his solution, to display the synth property window from Console View does actually work. I tried it for myself.

Personally, I still prefer to dock a synth property window in the Multidock. That way, it is only a tab away from the console, which I also place into the Multidock.

Or how about pressing "B" on your keyboard and opening the browser to have access to the synth rack. That will give you all of the synths in your project. Select your synth and close the browser. While the synth rack is open you could just as easily drop that to the multi dock so you have access to all your synths as you are building up your project. Doing this will give you all of your synths anytime you need them at one click away.

I click in the track header area on the synth's name in the audio track where the synth is loaded.... it opens the synth so I can change things around with patches and samples and such.

If you added the synth manually to the audio track FX bin.... simply double click it in the bin to open it's GUI.
