Nice song, nice playing, and wow, what a voice your sister has - she certainly does have a Karen Carpenter vibe. I definitely agree with Wookie and some of the others regarding the stereo phaser and panning on the guitar - it's too much and really detracts from the guitar and vocal performances. Regardless, still a very nice track....going back for another listen!

+1 to everything above - simply done, to the point, and the vocals feel "right".
 
But yeah...  The auto-panning on the guitar is what I really found most distracting.  I don't think a little chorus would be bad, but with the guitar at relatively static positions L+R and the vocal towards the center.   It's a fairly traditional layout but the song is straightforward, so why not?

The panning effect on the guitar is a bit challenging but still a sweet song.
