Only it is not a joke. South Korea really does this silly audio attack, and there is very little that can be said that will make that more of a joke than it is already. Apparently they think that telling all the North Koreans that live within six miles of the heavily fortified border that they are living in a dictatorship will cause a successful revolution. Or maybe it will just keep them awake. Still waiting to see the North Korean equivalent of banging on the walls.
