For those who didn't know the free upgrades are only being offered as downloads. Which is why I am asking I'd assume just pay $20 for a disk and I am okay with that.

Not much incentive for people to buy the X1 production suite seeing as you only get X2 producer, and if you buy X1 producer, you also only get X2 producer!

I could never live without Producer. But expanded/production suite didn't really interest me and turns out I get it all when I move to X2 ANYWAY so it all ends well I say! You'll be happy with Producer.

The Production Suite has some modules plus Z3TA +2 which I don't believe will be included with X2 Producer. When they buy the Suite, they get a discount because it's in a bundle. They will be able to use those modules and of course Z3TA +2 within X2.

I think the upgrade paths of Zeta, Dim Pro, whatever, that came with the Suite will be entirely separate. They haven't released any new versions of that stuff yet anyway (AFAIK) so it doesn't matter.
