Just downloaded and installed mine!
 
Bit of a no-brainer for me really, even if there's a new one just round the corner. I don't use them enough to warrant paying top whack for every new version when it's released. It's handy to have the full set of amps/cabs/effects from previous versions at half price though.
 
BTW, if anyone's interested, todays conversion rate at PayPal means the upgrade works out at £36.08 in the UK.
