Hi, I am one of the Cakewalk fans who is currently thinking of getting a Sonar X1 Studio version. When I was looking through the website, I've seen a promotion where you guys would bump my studio version to the producer version if I purchase it before July 31st. But I am about to buy my product through an online retail store and it seems like the product will arrive after July 31st. So, my question is, would I still be able to get an promotional upgrade when my product arrives since I purchased it before July 31st? Hm...I need an answer to this ASAP as July 31st is coming up within 4 days... Thank you

sure you have thought of this but why not just buy direct from the Cake site?.. then your registration details will be immediate... even if you want the box you will get it..that comes later.

As long as your receipt is dated before the deadline....They should honor it. Cakewalk customer service is pretty good with that type of thing. Talk to customer service and they will set up a case number so they know you are in the process.
