One of my all time favorite songs, and this certainly does it justice!  I would only suggest that you bring the lead guitar up a few notches, and this will be a quasi masterpiece.

Never have commented on a tambourine part before but it seemed to really drive the bridge, well done.
Vocals were well done. Also liked the way you captured the "Ringo feel" on the drums.
Mix was well done, has that "all faders all the way up" sound of their early recordings.
I'm such a big Beatles fan that covers of their tunes usually leave me cold but I really liked this.
Did I mention that I really liked it?
