That I also do not know how to achieve... it looks like OMB does not respond on MMC/time stamps. All other methods are going to produce "out of sync" result. I only see the way to assign for example "PC-100" to start/stop in OMB and insert that messages into some MIDI track in sonar at positions that should happened, for example at the beginning and at the end of the song. That way everything is more or less in sync, at least with reproducible delay.

Problem:
I. I have an instrument track
ii. instrument is TTS-1
iii. Project Tempo = 160
iv. I have selected a style in OMB.
v. Style tempo = 160
vi. Sonar Metronome is on for record as well as playback
vii. Instrument track ARMED for recording.
viii. I press R to start record. I hear the metronome.
xi. I start play on OMB.
x. Recorded few around 30 bars as MIDI clips over some tracks [accompaniment from OMB]
Now what I have noticed that :
a. There is a delay between the start time which is obvious as I hit play hearing the metronome.
b. Though both SONAR and OMB were on tempo 160 they should have the constant delay.
c. But OMB was faster and the drift increased.

I guess OMB, unlike Sonar, has no MIDI Sync capability. And so there is no way to perfectly sync them
 
So during composing all recording should be done within OMB, using Sonar just as a synth. Once done, the result can be exported to Sonar. But that works with MIDI only content, for example recording voice parallel to the arrangement can be problematic.
 
May be worse to contact OMB developers and describe that "future request".

Other than price, how is AMac or OMB better than BiaB?
 
I also have ChordPulse.  Great QnD scratchpad.

OMB is a small software version of Yamaha arrangers. I think its most interesting property for many users is original Yamaha styles support. For other it is a possibility to have some arranger, without related hardware and even without MIDI keyboard (it has reasonable computer keyboard layout to control all aspects).

I didn't try to sync so that SONAR will starp/stop OMB or vice versa.
I kept both of them with TEMPO = 160
I started recording in Sonar and listening to its metronome I start OMB.
I know there will be a lag at the starting. And I thought I will select the complete clip and shift to the beginning of a bar. I did that but result is the more it proceed the more the drift.
What is the possibility the OMB didn't play exactly @tempo=160?
I checked with SONAR. 40 bars in 1 minute exactly.
But can it happen?

There are several places where OMB author could introduce the drift. Have you tried to record 44.1k audio from 2 unsynced audio interfaces in parallel? You can normally notice some drift within several seconds. MIDI is working with "ticks", normally 960, so "the frequency" is lower. But if anything is the implementation is not bound to the same absolute clock source (and since we see what we see, OMB has such problem), you get out of sync result.
 
I have tried to adjust the tempo in Sonar, for some (if I remember my yesterday tests correctly) 127 in OMB was close to 128.2 in Sonar. Not sure how reliable that is, I mean either the drift is style/computer load dependent. But you can try to find "acceptable" correction for your setup.

How about if I play say 120 bars in OMB and record as MIDI in SONAR and find the result to be 122 bars [for example] in SONAR, and I select the entire clip and squeeze to 120 bars in SONAR, I hope I can do that, then will the drift be adjusted accordingly?

Process/Fit to time...
 
But I suggest to get as close as possible to the perfect match before doing that. Changing timing can produce some "artifacts", even in MIDI world. I think my observation (like 1% mismatch) is too much. If you can get down to one beat over 100 measures, time manipulation should be unnoticeable.
