Yeah man!!! I like this song. I like the contrasting styles between the verses and the choruses. The verses are like great 80's music . Someone said you sound like Thomas Dolby but I think you sound more like Robert Smith from The Cure. Then another person said "Chris Isaak guitars". Yes, they are in there also and he was another fantastic musician in the 80's. Then the chorus blasts in and it jumps up a decade to the 90's and your vocals jump up an octave as well!! Now I'm hearing the music of "Tool".
I'm sorry about all the comparisons. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it sounds great!! And it has commercial potential which is something that I like. You have a great voice with a lot of range. Do you use auto-tuning? Not that it matters, everyone uses it these days but I prefer to not use it.
My only criticism is the ending. The spacey part is great but it's a little too long and I was totally expecting the chorus to jump back in one more time after a pause. Other than that, I think it's really great man!!
