the more you play that steel string, the more you will be able to pinpoint where the sweetspots are.
seems all steelstrings (even my taylor 414) have some frequencies that just poke out more than the others.
 
gentle wide-Q eq drops in those areas is all it takes.

I hadn't played a steel string guitar in years, wasn't even sure how it's suppossed to sound, it's quite a different animal than a classical guitar ; )

Great sounds and playing Rik.  BTW it is not the guitar but the person behind it that makes the difference.

Healthwise it's not to well but as long as I can play 10 minutes at a time I'm happy : )
