I have what appears to be a set up or preliminary to an eviction notice on my door. I don't have the same sense of accomplishment I had with being banned. Well, just when you think things can't get stupidder

I did nothing to be treated like this. I'm being set up and there is nothing I can do. When I tell someone what has been going on they think i'm exaggerating or making it up. I don't know what to say any more.  

I don't know what the law is like where you are but here in NYC eviction can be a long, drawn out procedure lasting months if not years. Of course it's hard to give advice not knowing what your circumstances are. But as an example, in my building there was a girl who basically got herself a good housing lawyer and ended up withholding rent for 3 years, citing a litany of complaints against the landlord (many of which I have to say were abject BS). It literally took the landlord that long to get her evicted. 

I would like to tell you guys what's happening but with my luck I'd be banned from the forms for bring up personal matters 

I could ban you for NOT telling us if that would make you feel better?

That is the paper work that was presented to them already. They were taken ALL the required paper work. They say Swamp Bred Willy didn't do Any of that paper work. Getting the picture?

Alligator Alice went to the manager near the van down by the river. She told them she has seen what's going on. She told the manager what they were doing to Willy was just plain wrong. Her reply was she is being forced by her bosses to present the documentation as she was told or she would lose her job!
