Sounds like Willy needs a recording device and a camera to cover his swampy butt, or take a witness with him when he deals with the trolls living under the bridge. I thought Americans had rights? Or is that just a gun thing?

Don't give up, don't give in. Keep talking to more people. Talk to local social services. Talk to any politician you can find. You never know when you'll find someone who will know someone or just be able to fix things. I've seen it happen, just don't give up.
It sounds like someone is just being a jerk and they need to stop, either that or corruption where someone want's something you have. IDK, but it don't sound right.

I'm certainly not a lawyer but the problem may be as you stated above that "it's not alimony" therefore not deductible on your tax returns. And is seen as income by your landlord. Talk to your local services.

Then, after you get things settled, FIND A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE!
