Oh yeah, they are using my so called "non responsiveness" to raise my rates!
For crying out loud ... use the Consumer Protection Agency for your state, online, and file a complaint. Any state taking action on that kind of cheating, stands to lose the ability to sell their insurance in that state ... and I (admittedly) want to see someone bite it ... so that bigger companies will take notice and stop playing games!
But the "state" has to know this is happening. Or not a thing will ever come out of these things. It may just be a ripple in the ocean, but one of these days a tsunami will take that bastard down! And deservedly so!
