I'm off to my local car insurance office to give them my mileage....with witnesses ..I have to go and prove it with witnesses. I mailed 2 separate letters with my mileage and they claim I didn't. For crying out loud ... use the Consumer Protection Agency for your state, online, and file a complaint. Any state taking action on that kind of cheating, stands to lose the ability to sell their insurance in that state ... and I (admittedly) want to see someone bite it ... so that bigger companies will take notice and stop playing games!
 
But the "state" has to know this is happening. Or not a thing will ever come out of these things. It may just be a ripple in the ocean, but one of these days a tsunami will take that bastard down! And deservedly so!

A letter from the State Attorney General ... gets attention ... trust me ... ignoring it can cost them some serious fines and loss of license to do business!

Um...don't you just dump them like a sack of and go with a non-r3tarded insurance agency?  Or is this part of a claim procedure?

There's much background I've posted dealing with them and they not doing their job. The last time it almost cost me $150. That was in the middle of all my medical problems. I tried to report them then but was lea down a dead end. This time I will report it to the Louisiana Insurance Commission. If they have been doing this to me I'm sure they are doing it to others.
