That's definitely a major ... what a good group they were, too in their hey day!

What a year....
 
Even though Maurice had to step aside years ago... he's always been the unequivocal leader of that band.
 
He has left a great legacy. Thanks to his hard work and passion the shows will continue.... the music will live on.... and the standard of quality will remain higher than most. If anyone has not seen an Earth Wind and Fire show... do yourself a favor.
