Can any of you check out and see if you can get articulations on the Kontakt World Instruments Fiddle to Switch ?
 
It is really weird... I can hit the key on my keyboard and watch the articulations switch on the instrument interface, but nothing changes on the sound.  I was working with other orchestra violin articulation switches in K5 and it works great, but the fiddle does not work at all.
 
The other weird thing is that when you hit a note for the fiddle on an external keyboard/midi controller, you get a plain non articulated note. However, when you press the keyboard in the instrument interface with a mouse, you get a nice fiddle slide note.
 
I have komplete kontrol and I do not see the red LEDS on the key switches either so I am pretty sure it is not working.

Using the Kontakt 5 interface I can get the articulations to switch...but only when you move the knob...
wonder why they chose not to use Key Switches with all the blank keys they have to use...

Interesting, I will try to assign some knobs to my midi controller and see what happens.  I just want to make sure that when the knob moves, you get a different sound (articulation), I can get the knobs to move using keys (C0, C#0, D0 etc. ) but the articulation does not change.
 
This was also supposed to be integrated to Komplete Kontrol and it is not, so that is a little bothersome too.

Update - I figured it out
 
They are not key switches, in other words they do not latch.  You have to hold the keys down.  And the velocity has to be pretty heavy to get any noticeable effect from the articulations.
 
Having discovered this, I can tell you the articulations are not very good and this is not a very useful fiddle vst.  I still notice that it plays much better using the virtual keyboard in the VST which is weird.
