Liking the sound of this new Bonamassa record, mostly vocals, guitar, bass and two drummers. Anton Fig and Carmine Rojas are superb players, always like to see and hear them with JB. From the excerpt of 'Mountain Climbing' it sounds like he's tapping back into the power of Black Country Communion.
 

I'm also looking forward to this album......from the sounds of it, looks like Joe's bringing instruments/amps that he never thought he'd use again. His whole demeanor just epitomizes what a professional musician should be, and it clearly shows in his performance.

I get a Facebook feed from JB and he's a total guitar and amp nerd, obsessed with vintage gear. He goes on guitar 'safari' while he's on tour, scouring pawn brokers and junk shops for gear.

I get the FB messages as well. Boy he has a lot of guitars. I also get Guitar Player and he does that Guitar Safari monthly page in the magazine. I look forward to this release and plan to check it out.
