I'm not sure what it is about the vocals... they are on key but maybe they need more dynamics.  Otherwise a fine tune and well played.

For me Herb the one thing that stands out with regards the vocal they sound in a different space to the rest of the band, the Band sounds good and the vocals have that classic style they just ain't quite together spectrally.
