Q...if the DLL files are there then that's not the problem.  If FL can't find them then
more then likely the "Path" for those DLL's does not exist in the VST "scan" section
of FL Studio.  Try checking that first and let me know...

Yea i put the dll's where all my other dll's are... But When i go to open it it says "kontakt 5 wont open due to an unknown reason. Make sure its installed correctly"

But i go to open the standalone it works fine... So im not sure maybe the dll is messed up... Maybe i cud try urs

If you can see your dll files in a folder then you don't have the same problem at all. Mine were non-existent. Make sure that FL is set to scan that folder in its VST scan...however FL does it. Getting new dll files won't make any difference at all. If your current files were corrupted FL would most likely be indicating such...as Sonar does. Make sure your current dll files are being scanned.

Yea i tried that a million times... I even tried uninstalling kontakt 5.5.1 and installing the kontakt player n its the same result.. I was jus hoping it was a dll issue but idk

If your standalone is working fine but your plugin is not it is probably a vst scanning issue.  How does FL implement its VST scan??

Ive had kontakt 5.3.1 and it worked fine but now that i wanna update it its givin me a problem... Messed up cuz i bought a new library that only works with version 5.5 or higher not knowing

Hey I have the same problem, I don't have any dll files in my VST folder after the update of Kontakt with the Service Center. Probably a network interruption caused by my bad internet connection because I live in the countryside. That's why I'm trying to avoid reinstalling if possible. If someone can send me dll files at this mail address (), it would be very nice.
