Enjoyed this.  It has plenty of variation through out to keep one interested.  Good job.

Excellent playing James and Baps.
Production is really nice James but I have to agree with Walt about the snare.

Thanks Daryl! Yeah, snare sounds like ..well, you know.

Hey James!!!  Remember me?  I was a missing person. Lol

I haven't been around in a coupla years so I have a lot of catching up to do on what people have been doing with their music.  But I like this a lot!!!  I also like this style of music.  As always your mix and all of the playing is very professional.  I love the written guitar lines and I like the bass,.  My only thing is the High Hat.  It sometimes feels a little out of time and it can be distracting occasionally.  I mean I like it, but sometimes it takes over the song.

Other than that.  I love it and it's good to see you again James!!!

Loved the guitar harmonies at the beginning and so well played throughout.

Thank you very much Scott!

I like the trance sounding start, great guitar, piano and sound effects go well together. I'm a guitar player wanna be and can't sing (among other things) so I tend to focus on the guitar, its tone, style and how it is used in the song. I think the guitar shines in this piece.
Now the following is minor and coming from someone new at this game, and having my own issues with the final mix results so don't give this comment much weight. My immediate impression was the bass was a little booming and possibly could be of a softer tone, though played very well, and drums just a tad too tart, but may just need a little less vol. Drums are my weak point so I may be off on this, I can't even tap my foot without stepping on the other foot, thank goodness for these machines. Very creative piece and and as I listen to it again, I really like the guitar, reminds me of my style, except my fingers don't move as fast. Very well done. PS what guitar and effects are you using?  capt

Sounds good on lappy speakers. Glad to see the project is still alive and well - I sent you a message about it via your site during your forum absence and never heard anything back, so I thought it might have been shelved.

Hi Paul, thanks a lot. I never got that message, I'm sorry about that. Bandzoogle did some major updating recently, maybe it got lost. Back into the project now that the evening are dark and long

No worries, I just wanted to know if it was still going as I was looking forward to hearing it in its entirety and you hadn't been around these parts for a while to ask.

Hi, James,

It's really great to hear some new stuff from you, and this is really a fantastic and very sophisticated sounding piece of music!

I love the feeling of solitude that the crystal clear piano intro conveys, and how it melts into this gorgeous instrumental with your trademark guitar tones and tasty solos.  This has lots of clever twists and turns and I really love the well crafted guitar melodies that weave their way in and out of the flowing rhythm.

The mix sounds clean and wide, and Bapsi did a bang up job on the bass, too!

I'm happy to hear that your new project is going well, James, and I can't wait to hear the next addition!

Best Wishes!
Bob

Bob, it always makes my day to have you comment on a new tune, you say the nicest things.  Thanks very much my friend, I have a couple of new pieces underway, should have one finished in the next week or so.

Hey Don! Good to see you around. Thanks very much for the kind words. Yeah, drums are a weak point with me, I have a tendency to overdo it, then get bored editing the rough bits
