It's not magnetism. It's a combination of balance and being particularly greasy/sticky.
It is a skill though so if it entertains people then sure... give him money... but seriously it's not actual magnetism. Just someone who could use a bath and some powder.
Now the people who destroy watches just by wearing them... they're a little freaky.
