If that image went back farther, it would include Crocker bank which ended up with US National Bank after its collapse due to embezzlement by the President and another bank officer. A collapse that cost my family over $720k in 1972 (my Grandfather was an EVP at the bank with all his eggs in that basket - heck, before my Dad's disability, he not only managed two US National branches but was President of the ABA!).
Hmm... Then, in 2008-ish, a combination of banks (though primarily Bank Of America and Washington Mutual) stole all of my money (over $821k) thanks to illegal and unethical actions.
I'm pretty sure that banks don't like my family I guess...
