Have a few pennies now to guardedly get seduced by new stuff and upgrades. First purchase in a couple months, and went with an upgrade to Reverberate 2 from Liquidsonics.
 
Whatever they claimed they did regarding stereo presentation is real. Big increment over ver 1, as good as version 1 was. Ambience, stereo depth is better than any unit out there, analog or digital. The guys did good. The workflow has been vastly improved as well. Way more easy to navigate through and dial into whatever you envision.
 
Would recommend GAS or reverb diehards to download the 30 day demo. Think these guys have set a new bar for convolution devices.

+1 V2 Reverberate is excellent. Especially for tight spaces for things like drums and acoustic guitars etc..
 
Make sure you download all those free IR's. They are massive files but well worth the effort in all the downloads. They have also done many spaces from the Bricasti M7 reverb and they sound rather excellent as well.

A lot of data there. Downloaded and installing the IR files. Over 9 GB. Wonder if I'll ever use a fraction of them. So far the quality is good.
 
If you got a 14.4 k phone modem, might have time for a cigarette before the dowmload is finished.

John what I did was start with Rooms and Plates because they were what I was interested in firstly. Then just download the others in time. Also there are 44.1K and 96K versions of the same IR's as well. Be careful of that. Obviously the 44.1K versions are smaller files (not by much)
 
They are well worth it. There are some lovely spaces in there for sure. Also these IR's contain the Fusion IR's as well which only work in V2.
 
It is very under rated reverb in my opinion and I find often the presets sound stellar just the way they are even before editing any parameters.  Reverberate has some of the nicest small spaces that I have heard. For me many reverbs fall down doing nice tight rooms for drums etc.. But Reverberate seems to excel in that area.

Think I had too much ethanol to know what I was downloading, but got some sample rate of each library. Reverberate may well be the best of the convolution reverbs available at this point in time.
 
I was digging through old archives to test out a couple way off the wall impulses in Reverberate 2.  One I mangled from some church and did a modulation/reconstruction on the IR itself. Another one I might have mentioned a long time ago on this forum. Forget who deserves credit for original. Was never meant to be an IR impulse, but was easy to create one. Claimed to be the longest reverb tail of any environment. Think they are mono, but worth firing up for the glory of the effect.

Okay, if it works, here's a link. These are not your grandfather's IRs. Atypical and excessive, but I'm happy if someone finds them useful. The mega long IR also plays well if a shorter duration is dialed in.

(edit...) didn't realize what a pain in the chalumbas the megafile "service" was. First time I tried it since Swoopshare tanked. No free lunch as the sages have declared. Have to go thru the download free icon at least twice and get thru all the ads, but it does eventually work...Might have to click several times on the free button.  Could be worth the effort if you are also missing pictures from a high school yearbook... The two IR's are cool however.

Update on "mangled2.wav", and found a better freebie download spot.

File was originally from a web cathedral IR. Was pitch shifted down, stretched, and a flange lightly (or not lightly) applied. The file was mono, but was able to clone the wav and splice into a stereo track, shifting the time by maybe 20 milisec. Way better depth sensation now. The wave is several seconds, but try cutting it down to around a third of a second for a slap in the face with attitude.
