I have tried both scanner from preferences and plug-in manager.
I'm running another scan now, making sure it is, as administrator.
The first log was after a reset.
The second log after I wiped the inventory in registry in case it inter-fears with a new scan.
When it displayed in the log as Not a VST, i noticed the settings for isVST=0, isVST3=0 in registry, the reason i cleared the inventory in registry,
I'm definitely using the 32bit Sonar with the 32bit VST paths
