Mmm...always thought is was the opposite, that proportional would keep the same spacing (proportion) between transients, as non-proportion would be to move it freely. Oh well....
This was my initial thoughts also. Until I started working/experimenting with it and decided I really don't understand what is exactly going on. I was also like a lot users here, I didn't know there was anything else other than "move it!"
Once I saw this, I had to figure out what was going on so that I could make the best decision on what method to use going forward.
I had it somewhat figured out. Just on chance I happened to have selected three markers at once and saw the difference. But still couldn't figure out exactly what was happening till I saw SquireBum's video with the four markers selected that the last piece of info came into view.
