I'm on the latest updates of windows and splat. I comped a guitar track yesterday and when I went to delete muted clips, ALL clips disappeared - even non-muted ones! While comping, for the first time ever I used "K" to mute a couple empty clips between phrases. My old workflow was to comp the entire length of the take and manually edit out dead time after flattening the comp. So when I clicked on delete muted clips ALL the clips were deleted. I undid and tried several times, even saving and closing the project then re-opening and trying again - still deleted all clips in the comp lanes. I undid the delete muted clips and flattened the comp instead with the muted clips in place. It worked fine then I just deleted all the takes - no problem. Could using "k" to mute a clip in a take lane fool sonar into thinking the entire take lane is muted, thereby deleting even non-muted clips in the take lane upon deleting muted clips??

The only thing I have seen that was close to this is clips getting assigned to a selection group.  When you select one of the muted clips do the other clips get selected as well?  If they do you can right click on one and say to remove from selection group.  If not then I don't know what is going on.

On each lane there is a X. Click on this X so you delete only that lane.
