I have noticed that as soon as I startup a saved project in SPLAT, my mouse response is inconsistent (sometimes the mouse ICON disappears, I have to move the mouse to get it to come back, the mouse movement is very jerky as well).  It stays this way until I quit SPLAT.  I have been using SONAR for decades and never had this problem before. This really is a PITA. All other performance is unaffected... no drops out, etc.
 
This just started happening since I upgraded to the last update before the current one.
 
Any insights or ideas?
