Sonar works speaker Calibration software

Made a purchase of the sonar works speaker calibration software and for a few days now haven't received a tracking number for my shipment. I think their customer service is terrible as i've been kept in the dark as to information regarding my shipment. They really need to work on that.

When we did our beta testing round about four or five testers did direct comparisons with ARC2 and their impressions match with yours.
