Apparently this photo from NYE in Manchester is being compared to Renaissance Art. It's a modern day Caravaggio. 
 

It says "Well Street" but it probably should say "Well, Well!  Street" instead. 

To anyone in emergency services (Police/Fire/EMS) who has ever worked a New Years Eve evening/night shift, nothing unusual here. In fact, looks rather benign - no vomit or blood anywhere - no one is hitting anyone (although one guy is losing a battle to be handcuffed) - just another fun filled night in any big city.

LOL... the guy in blue can't hold himself up but he has not spilled his beer! He looks like he is trying to get up far enough to take a sip.

Well, I can tell from here that the guy in blue is being arrested for not drinking a proper pint of beer.  That just looks like a cheap bottle of pale, water-like liquid.

I had to check twice to make sure that wasn't Gilmour.
