My rant is about web developers. I seemed to be burned by them.
I've had accounts tossed out. Reset logins even though I use Roboform.
Poor web design.
The recent one is with Trac Phone. There is a place to put CC cards in for auto billing. When the card is about to expire or expired it is not user friendly. If you have more than one card and it expires then it should charge the other card you would think since you can put multiple cards in your account. What's even odd is when I googled about replacing a card on Trac Phone's site the first page searches doesn't even go to their site.
This thread could never end with my back luck with changes to websites. Web pages are now designed for cell phone surfers. Look at Netlix. My other rant is IKMM's site. Soon as you there a video blasts in your face. Another one I hate is not knowing a price until it's in your cart. Then instead of back spacing you have to clear and start over.
If you are really bad at developing for the web you can usually get a job for a government or education institution. Those are the worst. It's like going to Home Depot and looking very hard for nails.
As for Apple - that one is interesting on what the consider a secure ID. It's all about the amount of characters.
The other thing I loath is a website's bitterness towards download managers. I've had to email many times on a purchase to have it reset because I used a download manager. The ones integrated into browsers suck.
Today users of Tracktion still can't access their account. Lost password link did not work for a few days.
If anyone ever remember's Bud Light Real Men of Genius - there's one to write about web developers.
