Now, I've verified that PX-64 IS listed in the VST FX list, so it HAS been scanned.  However, I can't find it in ANY FX lists within the app. The only thing that's in the ref. manual about it is like a loop. It just says to refer to the exact entry that you just came to.
Also, if I'm using that with AD2 should I add that to the FX rack on the AD2 Bus track to tweak the general sound of the kit.  I wasn't really sure what that track was used for. OR should I add it to each of the Instrumental tracks that the drum parts are on?

Whenever I have VST issues, I do a reset and re-scan - not just a re-scan. It's like a miracle drug for plug-ins.

Click the Show Excluded button in plugin manager.
