Your "interface" was made for windows XP. I wouldn't expect it to work without issue in W10.
Audio drivers are the most important part of working with a DAW without issues. Pour drivers, pour performance.
Sonar really works best when you use proper well written ASIO drivers.
You can try WASAPI exclusive mode and check in preferance audio to see if all the outputs are showing.
Even if you get it to work you will have issues like timeing offset.
