I'm using Sonar X3 Producer, Windows 10, Tascam FW-1884 firewire interface control surface, I have a Yamaha YPG-635, that is USB to the computer, and a Digitech GNX-4, also USB to the computer. I have control and sound from the keyboard of all my soft synths, in the playback monitor, but I cant get the sounds in the keyboard in the monitor. But see the signal on the meters. I have not been able to get any imput or output from the GNX-4. Can anyone help?

Others more knowledgeable than I should weigh in soon, but I think what you're doing is only inputing midi information to SONAR.  I'm pretty sure you need to have a soft-synth open to actually play the sound.  Go to your "insert" drop-down menu at the top of the tool bar and see if one is listed there (your version of SONAR may include Dim Pro).  If so, insert it into your project and make sure that the Yamaha synth is inputing to it.  Then make sure midi echo is on (it's the little icon on the track that looks sort of like ))))).  Hopefully, that will get you running.

Digitech GNX-4,-- those are very outdated ( 2010)  and I doubt it has proper USB audio drivers so I'm not supprised there is no sound. You'll be wanting to buy a proper audio interface which will solve these issues. 
 
The USB from the Keyboard is MIDI ,, midi does not contain audio data. 
 
You'll need to use the audio outputs from those 2 devices to record their sounds.. therefor an audio interface,,,

The GNX-4 is an audio interface, and Sonar recognizes it in audio devices, "digitech USB audio device" I show imput to the meters, but no output to the master buss.

" DIgitech Usb " signifies a generic audio device.. 
Your "interface" was made for windows XP. I wouldn't expect it to work without issue in W10. 
Audio drivers are the most important part of working with a DAW without issues. Pour drivers, pour performance. 
Sonar really works best when you use proper well written ASIO drivers. 
You can try WASAPI exclusive mode and check in preferance audio to see if all the outputs are showing. 
Even if you get it to work you will have issues like timeing offset. 
 

Hey John, Thanks for the help, I'm just going to use the Audio outs to the FW-1884, I have 4 banks of 8 channels will just need 2 of the channels of the interface. Peace!

OK glad you sorted this out, but, it would be nice if that info was in your OP. Best if folks put their system specs in the signature it saves a lot of guesswork and wrong answers. I could only assume you were trying to use the Digitech as your only audio interface, Had I known you have a proper interface I would have offered different advice. 
But one thing to make note of,  you cannot use 2 ASIO devices at the same time so you would have been using WASAPI or WDM mode anyhow and had sync issues. 
 
One option is you could switch to WDM or WASAPI and record via the USB from the DIgitech monitoring via the FW -1884. You might have to nudge the track into proper place on time line. One finished with recording switch back to ASIO and the FW. Probably not much gained and possibly the A/D in the FW are better anyhow. 

Just to be sure, did you either arm or enable input echo on the track? I have the GNX3000 which is the GNX-4's counterpart. Although it does have ASIO drivers, it still gets high latency, so I record the unit via the audio outputs.

There are reference manuals online still, and from what I recall, the driver mode (ASIO or WDM) is done with keys held on boot of the unit.
