I need to add to my list.
Ex machina
The Martian
Pawn Sacrafice
The Theory of Everything
Bridge of Spies
In the Heart of the Sea
Interstellar
The Revenant
The Walk
Mission Impossible
Star Wars VII
I guess that's my top 11. I don't follow instructions well, but I do watch a lot of movies.

The Martian

Looking forward to Hateful8

Sorry, don't give a crap about Star Wars. Not enough monkeys in it.

I started reading The Martian last summer and lost interest. At first it was moderately engaging, reading about how somebody might grow potatoes in their own feces, but by the halfway mark it had become repetitive. But all these votes for the film have convinced me to revisit the novel on the promise that it must get better toward the end.

Mr Holmes is the only one mentioned that I've seen.
$5.42 to watch on Amazon.
Felt like it was worth the price of admission.

The Wookiee makes up for that lack of monkeys.

Here's my "morning after" analogy of Star Wars.

Was there ever have a song that you loved and then you heard some some young upstart had covered it and you were sure you were going to not like or even hate it (or simply think it was not relevant)?

Then you listened and you thought how amazing it was that it was made more modern without losing any of the original flair and flavor.

We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The force is strong with Bapu!
We are sci-fi fans so...Star Wars is must see stuff here.
There are a few things that I thought lacked originality, but it's still very good.
