Because they know the next request will be monthly refills. Then lifetime free refills. It's a downward spiral.

Hey that might not be such a bad idea. Upgrade to Sonar Platinum and get lifetime coffee delivered to your door every morning. They can make a special Cakewalk Sonar keurig coffee maker edition.
