What steps are you taking and where does it go wrong. Is used it yesterday for the first time to install TruVerb and it worked fine. Did you watch the tutorial video first. That explains it well.

1. Started the waves central and select easy install and activate
2. then login
3. i select the plugins , and hit install and activate, ( in down right corner )
(a message show up : please close all audio applications running on this computer )

I have no one running so i hit OK
4. Then it show a bar downloading and installing, nothing happens and error message show up.

iv'e tried the other options too...

I got the same error when I ran the Install this morning.  I tried it again, selected the Authorize Program Access (or whatever that Windows message is) and it ran fine the second time.

I was puzzled by Waves Central for other reasons, but got that sorted out today with Tech Support.  Give them a call if you still have problems.

I had the same problem.I had tried many different ways. Long story short I solved the problem when I move my wave folder somewhere else and delete all my waveshell plugins. Then I use the wave central for a fresh install. Then everything was in order again.
