Very nicely said Rain! And from what I've read and seen, they really are enjoying recapturing the chemistry that they shared so long ago. You're right too, they play like they mean it.
Regardless of what kind of music, seeing the musicianship in those situations is alwrays nice. I did not think the vocals were as good as the band, but it was still all good!
Yes, I agree. Andrew Freeman is no Ronnie James Dio, but I think he does pretty well. It would have been incredible though, had this reunion happened before Ronnie passed away. It's too bad that people allow bitterness and resentment to fester for so long. The reunion could have very well been complete had Vivian and Ronnie gotten past their issues with each other. Oh well... Coulda, woulda, shoulda. I'm still grateful to be able to hear new music from Vivian, Jimmy, and Vinny.
