Mike, Ah yes, John 4:6-26, love this story. Nice thick sound to this song and I liked your take with the lyrics. The chorus is weak, but everything else sounds very nicely done. Awesome song.

Good job on this one.  I love the guitar riff.  Very creative and great old blues rock feel.  I would love to play louid live drums to this.

Hi Michael, interesting style for the genre, really like the verses, the riffs and vocals work well. The chorus is letting the song down though IMO, needs something a lot stronger melodically and lyrically. In fact as it is, it sounds like a bridge or pre-chorus. Like your guitar tone a lot btw.

Yes one of my favorite stories as well. Thanks for your comments on the tone and thick sounds, I like the way this song turned out as well. I hear what you are saying about the chorus and I am beginning to thing I agree with you and James. This may be what Robbie was originally referring to as well. I tried something different in the chorus, but maybe it's not working as well as I had hoped. I probably need to give this song a rest and not listen to it spfor a while; then go back and revisit the chorus. Maybe I mute them and see what else I come up with.

As I had mentioned about, I agree and will revisit the chorus once I put some time behind me on this one. I think that chorus is burned into my brain right now and need to not hear this song for a while. Glad that you like my uniqueness.

Really well composed song, musically and lyrically. Nice groove to it, with some nice hooks. Really like the guitars and your vocals, and the percussion is really good, too. Everything just fit so well together, quite impressively.  It was hard to make out the words of the chorus though, as others have mentioned. Anything you could do with that would just make the recording and message stronger.
