Yep, and it's a PITA that it can't DL and update from Waves Central itself.  The whole point of Waves Central was to make updating and managing your licenses/software easier.
 
Well, it does that fine.  It just can't update itself!  No, you have to close the window and go to their website for that!  OK, rant over!  
 
Edit:  OK, I may have over-reacted.  Had a late night, and just had my morning coffee.  Now I can think more clearly.... Nope, it's still stupid! 

I downloaded the update (didn't have the original) hoping to download and activate Trueverb serial I just got. All I saw was Trueverb listed, and window that I could not install and activate others through "Easy" without moving existing licenses to cloud. They are currently on my computer. So I went to the page to do the transfer, saw all my licenses on the computer, but when I tried to transfer to the Cloud, only about half actualy transferred!! Luckily I was able to back it off, but still haven't installed Trueverb (which installation may wipe out my current stuff). This is just madness. Free or not, since I've got VVV,VR, VP, CSR and Reverberate----why am I even wasting my time on the holidays with this? All it has done is make me question why I would ever buy another Waves product.

Call Waves support. If you are really having problems they can use Team Viewer and do the install/upgrade/reset for you.
