I just got the survey mail.
 
The topmost link takes me to question No.10 so I clicked on it an answered it. It then thanked me for taking the survey.
 
If I now click on questions 9 down to 0, it says I already took the survey!

In retrospect I probably should have exercised more diligence finding out if it was even legit and not just some data mining.

which doesn't sound like it came from the bakers and I got nothing from WhoIs.
 
The prefix was deliberately made to look legit.

I fell for it because I trust anything from cakewalk. Very sneaky.
 
But this can only have happened if someone broke into the bakery and stole our e-mails.

It would be cool if Cakewalk would chime in.

I didnt have time to answer the survey yet, but if we all got it then either our adresses were stolen or our adresses were passed on to some (trusted by cakewalk) surveying institute. Either way is bad news to me. I was wondering why I recently have been seeing some spam amongst my emails (I usually have hardly any spam as i always took care where to register with my email address)

I'd like to hear a comment from CW as well!!
