Solved.The Sonar track inputs were feeding from the Apollo monitor. Changed the settings. Problem solved. I don't know if was from the power outage or just a brain outage.
I have only had the Apollo a month. I have done a few projects though. No problems.
As it was I needed sleep badly last night but my new TC Electronic Sentry arrived yesterday and I decided to hook it up and track some guitars and then the power went out before I even opened Sonar and then the rest of the story happened. I think that if I just went to sleep early, the PC would have been off when the power went out and I would have just woke up to the flashing clock. No problems!
