I scored Chordpulse after the comments in this thread, watched a few vids, thought it could be fun and quite useful, and for the price . . . even if I only get an hour or 2 enjoyment/use out of it it would have been worth the price of admission. Wouldn't mind trying BIAB, but I think it is only available as Boxed version, now download, to impatient to wait for it to cross the oceans :(
I'm using the CP trial, making a point to dig a little deeper everyday. The arrangement point were yesterday's discovery. I'll definitely go ahead and buy CP and BiaB during the season.
For others that stumble on this thread, ChordPulse is NOT a competitor for BiaB. ChordPulse is a very quick & dirty scratchpad and practice tool. It's quick to launch and the interface is efficient, so it's a really fast way to get the sound out of your head and into something else. For me, buying CP for less than price of a tank of gas and pizza is a bargain.
