Only listened to the funky track - love that bass, that's excellent. Great growly sound. I think the track works in the context you were aiming at, and it sounds like you enjoyed yourself.

Starise,
It is a lit odd in terms of having so many different instruments just jamming and all kinda playing lead at the same time so it has an eclectic jumping/pulling feel to it.  The other think that hit me is that it sounds as though other than the high hats there is very little going on up high, like everything else has been low passed from say 8 or 9k (maybe lower).  Sometimes depending upon the part & the source capture a guitar track may need that, but it seems a little muffled as there is so little going on up there.   If there were vocals on here that were clear and present that would be fine, but in their absence, I would pick a dominant guitar lead and let it brighten up a little.

Never mind the above Starise, I am on my laptop and these cheap AKG K44 Perception headphones I picked up on sale at Guitar center have a huge frequency dip in the mids to upper-mids...  plenty of low end & present hats but no freakin mids?  WTF is up with that?!

I grabbed a couple sets for tracking bands for $20 bucks each on Columbus day...  they are fine for that, but that's about it!

It sounds like you got what you were aiming at.  I like this freeform funky jam style. It does give each instrument a chance to "strut" around for a while and yet it has that bass and rhythm that keeps it all together (that can be quite a challenge sometimes).
Nice one!
