Jimusic...
Hmm...
Brings up something interesting...
Wondering how old all you guys are. I thought myself to be the oldest petrified entity here. Heading to the last half of my 60's. Figured the majority to be in the blossom of youth, maybe 20's and early 30's if not younger.
Enjoy youth while it lasts, but do not waste a moment of precious time. Farther you go thru time, the quicker it recedes toward transition. Like Pink Floyd wrote about 10 years gone by and not knowing when or why it happened.
Anyone here remotely half my age at near 66? Still feel I should be babysitting you guys (for now til it's your turn).
Also, for Jim. The aches and pains of older age are partly due to the body turning into biological cement. Flexible nerves and adjacent structures bounced around as we bounced around in our teens. Everything turns to cement and calcified nerves crash against inflexible body parts. Pain comes.
My humble advice on this. Lose flexibility, lose mobility and you are dead meat.
Get yourself involved in a valid yoga program to regain some flexibility and elasticity. Lots of the aches and pains will go away.
Love and all that stuff,
John
