Ditto.   Or a nice Macallan will do for something more "peaty".

Scotch single malt here as well. Always have AnCnoc in the cabinet. I tend to go for non smokey as a rule (Balvenie dw and Aberfeldy f e) but I do like the occasional Bowmore or Lagavulin as well.
