Command Center has worked fine for me for over a year, and worked fine for me yesterday on another machine.  Suddenly on my production machine is shows my login name, but says "You don't have any products".

I'm just trying to update this machine to SONAR Platinum 06.  Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Is it possible your internet connection was dropped ?

Thanks.  Unlikely, since I used the Internet right before and right after (after to write that first post).

Good news though: I just tried it again, and it worked perfectly.  Go figure.

I'm changing the post title to FIXED.

Im guessing your internet dropped its connection. I know you don't think so but in cases like this, if its dropped for a mere second while command center is scanning then it wont see jack squat.
I am glad its all good now though Jazz. Rock on my friend

Having the same issue. I have a robust connection (241Mbps), so does this happen at cakewalks end?

I had the same problem.  It took a few times to refresh the view to get back to normal.

This happened after installing the 30th anniversary packs for June and July.

This has been an issue for the last several updates.  It has nothing to do with faulty connections on the user side. I have a fast, rock solid connection and whenever Command Center craps out on me like this, I can view My Products in a web browser just fine.

  • At the very least, "You don't have any products" is an erroneous message.
  • Next, "No Connection Available" after 2 minutes of trying on a rock solid connection is just bogus. A single hiccup during this 2 minutes causing the entire job to crap out is so 1980s.
  • Other times, you can see it connected and sees your products because you can view  it checking each product by name in the lower status bar of the CC, but it still fails.

Cakewalk needs to spend a more money during updates and buy temporary server space to handle the traffic they get whenever they send out an update mail to ALL of their users.

I had the same issue.  I logged out and signed back in and it worked.
