My first sound published to the forum and SoundCloud.
This song was written for a person on Facebook who had recently lost his wife. The guy is from American Indian origin and I tried to imagine myself on the open plains surrounded by nature and the soaring eagle.
We have never met... and I don't think we ever will... but music transcends all barriers, distance and can bring healing and comfort. There is healing in His wings.

Sounds very nice Gary.  I like the effect on the lead instrument.  Very airy and spacious.

I like it. Are you writing lyrics for it?

It's a beautiful melody and mood.  I would love to hear different instruments playing the melody and not just the one.  It sounds thematic.  Nice orchestration.

A very noble cause to write a song. I can't imagine loosing my better half. I hope he found some solice in it. I liked the song and the relaxing feel it gives.

Thank you for the comments.
I dont really know what I'm going to do with it.
I just felt inspired to write it for the guy... as I also felt compassion for losing his wife.
I sent it to him... and he thanked me very much and told me it made him cry and it spoke to him.
Its a one off and I have never written anything like this.
Im a singer really and write the odd Christian folk song and thats it.

Maybe just leave it as it is... a special gift for a guy I've never met?
If anyone has any ideas...  I can send through the stems.

Gary, Love the nice guitar harmonics, very nicely done. The backing tracks bring it full circle and gives this that surrounded by nature and soaring eagle feel. Doing something from the heart for someone you don't even know and have never seen or met, reminds me of what the Lord has done for us all. This is an act and a gift of a loving heart, the kind of heart the Lord had put into his message to all of us. He said to "Love One Another". You have done this through conviction and have brought serenity to a wounded spirit who lost his most precious and closest love on this earth, his wife. A very beautiful work to another, indeed. Very nicely done.

Peace and Blessings, John
