I don't see any changes to address 'fuzzy text'. I upgraded my laptop a couple of months ago and went back to W7 because of it (and because W10 adamantly refused to see any printers, or any devices at all, on my home network so it was impossible t install them).

Update your display driver.
Your networking issue is probably down to some firewall blocking the devices, or you are on the wrong subnet, or you need to update the driver. Networking works fine.

No problems with Win 10 Home or Pro seeing network printers for me either.
