Has anyone successfully used this device with Sonar Platinum?

I bought a X-Touch Compact a few months ago and I love it with Sonar Platinum. It works perfectly with Mackie Control Mode. I use a Roland A-300 Pro as a ACT controller for plugins and the X-Touch Compact for fader and pan automation. I think you can only control one bus at a time with the master fader, but 8 at a time for the track volumes. Also, the moving faders do make noise like a dot matrix printer, but it doesn't bother me and is easy enough to temporarily shut off for playback. Someone here was saying the Avid controller has very quiet fader movement, but I think it is way more money.

Theoretically X-Touch Compact can control almost all aspects of Sonar: http://www.azslow.com/index.php/topic,346.0.html
But practically there was no requests to make normal preset for it (mentioned preset has no LED nor rings feedback).
In Mackie mode, with original Sonar Mackie plug-in, there is no sufficient buttons to do all foreseen operations. And some operations, like Synth control, are not implemented in the Mackie plug-in.
